This cozy vacation home features a private sun deck right on Lake Neusiedl. The Seehütte Seehaus offers a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, thanks to its abundance of natural wood and the well-designed layout of the stilt house. Enjoy the view of the reeds and the water from your lounge daybed.

The Seehaus vacation home features a separate, ground-level bedroom with a double bed. The other double bed (with mattresses—due to space constraints, there is no complete bed with legs and a headboard) is romantically situated directly under the cabin’s roof and is accessible via a ladder. The beds in the upper area are not recommended for people with limited mobility. There is also a sleeper sofa; this will be set up for you in place of the upper bed upon your express request. Please send an email regarding this after making your reservation.

Air conditioning for cooling and heating, a small kitchen, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a Nespresso machine are provided. A toilet with a sink is located inside the cabin. The bathroom is located in an adjacent building. Please note that, despite everything, living in a lakeside cabin is more reminiscent of a sailing or camping vacation, and space inside the cabin is quite limited.
Those who book this type of vacation are consciously choosing a minimalist and simple experience—not a luxury vacation. The furnishings of the Seehaus lakeside cabin are made of solid wood and were crafted by carpenters from Burgenland and the surrounding region.

Our boat is anchored in front of the Seehütte’s terrace, and you’re welcome to use it free of charge during your stay with us. Since we’re happy to provide our boat free of charge (at no extra cost!), please note that if it’s not possible to use the boat (e.g., because it’s technically inoperable), no refund will be issued for the unused boat.

The private Seehütte is located in Ruster Bay and is accessible via a wooden pier (even without a boat). The thatched lakeside cabin measures approximately 38 m² and stands on a wooden platform of about 100 m² directly in the waters of Lake Neusiedl. The Seehaus can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, though space is limited by the tent-like shape of the roof. However, life here mostly takes place outdoors anyway.
The Seehaus vacation home features a separate, ground-level bedroom with a double bed.
