The "Strandhaus" lakeside cabin is decorated almost entirely in white and measures approximately 38 m². The bed, with a direct view of the lake and the reeds, invites you to start your day in a relaxed manner and let your gaze wander across the lake. The lakeside cabin is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and many amenities, and is located in Ruster Bay right on the water.
The accommodation
The romantic chalet is built directly on stilts in Lake Neusiedl and can be easily accessed without a boat via a wooden dock. The lakeside cabin features a new bathroom with a shower, sink, and a mirrored cabinet. Soft bath towels and hand towels are included in the rental price. Inside the cabin, you’ll find a small, modern kitchenette equipped with a microwave with baking function, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and sink. You’ll also find all the standard kitchen utensils, such as a knife block, pots, pans, graters, kitchen gadgets, a Nespresso machine, an immersion blender, a toaster, a kettle, wine glasses, dishes, and silverware. Of course, you’ll also find free Wi-Fi, as well as satellite TV, a mosquito repellent plug, and many other amenities designed to make your stay comfortable.

A comfortable bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Our bedding is suitable for people with allergies; the sheets are made from the finest Egyptian cotton. Under the roof, there is also a double bed in each gable (with mattresses; due to space constraints, there is no complete bed with legs and a headboard), accessible via a ladder. The beds in the upper area are not recommended for people with limited mobility. Overall, the “Strandhaus” lake cottage can be booked for a maximum of 4 people, as space is limited by the tent-like shape of the roof. The stilt house on the lake is equipped with mosquito screens.

In addition to two lounge chairs on the right and left under the roof with comfortable outdoor cushions, you’ll find a beautiful Moroccan mosaic table that invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors. Enjoy the direct view of the lake and the reeds from your private terrace.

Guest access
You can reach the lakeside cottage via a few steps and a wooden walkway across the water, keeping your feet dry. A boat isn’t necessary to get to the cottage but is included for your entire stay.
