About this apartment rental
This unit boasts beautiful mid-century modern finishes in a fully functional 2 bed 2 bath layout. The upstairs bedroom offers a firm queen bed with its` own bathroom and mountain views. Expect an adjustable rainfall showerhead in a large walk-in shower. Upstairs has a private loft featuring its own TV, mini fridge and seating area while overlooking the open layout below. The unit captures bright natural light in the giant window in front, as well as the skylight from the open vaulted ceilings. The main level offers a quaint dine-in table for morning coffee that flows into the living room where you will find an adjustable TV, electric fireplace and cute desk for all your "hang out" needs. The galley kitchen is equipped with all the basics and leads into the master suite featuring a soft bed, its own walk-out porch and attached bathroom. The bathroom features a tub and adjustable/ detachable showerhead. Both rooms are equipped with laundry baskets, hangers, towels and extra linens.

The property was in a great location from the Air Force Academy. The accommodations were as stated, however it doesn’t have a place for 6 people as said. We had four and made it work, but one of us had to stay on couch, since they were not a couple. The added extras were very nice, having coffee provided was great and being able to do laundry for my cadet son was excellent. It was a great place to stay for a couple nights. I thought not having central AC would be uncomfortable but the window units kept the place very cool.The host was easy to work with, would recommend renting.

We had a great experience. The apartment doesn’t have central AC and it was HOT while we were there 90+ everyday. We asked the host if she could provide additional fans and she installed a portable AC! Wow, above and beyond.
Everything else was great, only downfall was it constantly smelled like pot. If you get headaches from strong smells I suggest staying somewhere else.

Place was perfect- had a kitchen with everything you needed. Upstairs shower was spacious and had rain shower. We came during the hottest week of the year and the air conditioning was located in the bedroom upstairs, wish it was on the main level but again normally it’s never that hot.
