The Seehund apartment is located on the first floor, is allergy-friendly, and sleeps two people. You can sunbathe, relax, and enjoy the fresh air on the furnished southwest-facing terrace, which features a beach chair and a parasol, or on the small lawn.
This apartment is laid out as follows: LIVING AREA (a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a dining table with two chairs, satellite TV, radio, free internet, books), southwest-facing terrace, fully equipped, modern KITCHENETTE (including dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, cutlery, and pots), BEDROOM with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, BATHROOM with shower, toilet, towel warmer, sink, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer, as well as a HALLWAY with a small coat rack. The apartment includes a parking space next to the house. You can park your bicycles in the garden right in front of the apartment door. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
In the village, near the house, you’ll find: a bakery, a farm stand with fresh milk and cheese made on-site, a café, a bus stop, the West Coast Art Museum, three horseback riding stables (at one of which you can book mudflat and field rides), a large playground, and an electric vehicle charging station.
On the house’s own beach lawn in Utersum, you can breathe in the fresh North Sea air, soak up the sun, and take a refreshing dip in the sea. If you’d like, you can also cast your line at any time at a private fishing pond (about 1 km from the house).

The Dorfschmiede house is situated in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the idyllic Frisian village of Alkersum, in the heart of the island of Föhr. It features 3 vacation apartments (Ankerplatz, Seestern, and Seehund). It can accommodate a total of eight people. Behind the house lies a large pasture where two ponies, Erwin and Hannes, look forward to your visit and would love to make friends with you or your children. On the property’s own beach meadow in Utersum, you can breathe in the fresh North Sea air, soak up the sun, and take a refreshing dip in the sea. If you’d like, you can also cast your line at any time at a private fishing pond (about 1 km from the house) and go fishing. If you’d like to do your laundry during your stay, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee) is available in the building next door.
