About this apartment rental
Cozy Vacation Rental with a Thatched Roof in Alkersum
This charming vacation rental is located on the first floor of a thatched-roof house built in 1999 in the idyllic village of Alkersum and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing North Sea vacation. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and lovingly furnished—perfect for anyone seeking peace and relaxation.
With approximately 42 m² of living space, you’ll find a well-thought-out layout featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a bright living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Here you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
A private parking space is available right next to the house, and bike racks are located behind the house. In the basement, you can use the washer and dryer for a fee (a starter supply of coins is available in the sideboard).
Enjoy your vacation far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, in a quiet setting close to nature. At the same time, Alkersum offers excellent amenities: a bakery, a farm stand, and restaurants are located right across the street. If you’re looking for even more variety, the popular Frisian town of Nieblum—with additional cafés, restaurants, and shops—is just about 2 km away.
A special highlight is the renowned “Kunst der Westküste” museum in Alkersum, featuring rotating exhibitions, a museum restaurant, and the “Grethjens Gasthof” café—a cultural treat right on your doorstep.
