Blue Heat Waves is a one bedroom beach vacation rental condo that offers a view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining area and kitchen. This unit is updated throughout. The living room includes a new queen sleeper sofa, love seat, side chair, 55” Roku HDTV. There is a sleeping nook in the living area with bunk beds for the kids.
Located in the middle of Mustang Island is this fabulously remodeled 1BR/1BA second floor condo with ocean views at the beachfront Mayan Princess Resort! Walk just steps to the beach via a dedicated boardwalk or soak up the sun in three shared lagoon style pools. Enjoy other amenities during your stay, including indoor ping pong, sand or water volleyball, and horseshoes. Interior highlights include an in-unit washer/dryer, a new kitchen, and a magnificent master en-suite. Just a 9 minute drive north or south you will find convenient amenities and discerning dining options in Port Aransas or Corpus Christi. Mustang Island State Park is just 3.8 miles away.

Glass tile back splash and granite counter tops for the sink area & breakfast bar is an alluring quality of this kitchen space. Comfortably seat your family and friends at a dining table for six.
Primary En-suite
This second floor condo sleeps up to four guests between the king bed in the master, built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed, or queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The master suite includes a private lavatory and vanity with an en-suite walk-in shower in the master bedroom. At night, enjoy your favorite shows from a 40” cable TV.

Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.

Stayed on the property four days.Stopped at Walmart on theway in and we never had to leave!Full kitchen and grills on property First time in Texas and was surprised that you can drive on the beach ! We didn’t like that!Lots of trash on the beaches that was pushed in with the tides. Not much you can do about that.Close drive to see the USS Lexington!Grills in bad shape but useable!Pools were cold !
