There's plenty of room in this quaint kitchen space to entertain guests and friends. With a farm style dining table for six and three bar stools at the breakfast bar, there will always be plenty of seating options. Bedroom/Bathroom
Sassy Seagull condo sleeps up to four guests between the primary bedroom and twin over twin beds or queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Rest easy in the privacy master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed. Kick back and watch your favorite ROKU programs on the 32” TV. Cable is not available but is equipped with a dvd player and ROKU player. Extra amenities like a baby high chair and portable pack-n-play can be found in the closet. This private master bathroom offers a deep jetted tub/shower with a medicine cabinet mirror over a pedestal sink.
Outdoor Areas
Take in the coastal air on the patio, furnished with seating for two. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, water and sand volleyball, horse shoes, indoor ping ball table, as well as, three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months).

I love the sassy seagull! I love the blue couches, the jacuzzi tub, and the whole place overall. It’s always so much fun and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable including the pull out couch. Perfect

I loved that the unit was on the ground floor, included a pack n play, and had a bathtub! This was my first family vacation, it just being my two small girls and I, and all the amenities made traveling alone less stressful!
The front desk staff was very kind and helped me unload my car. They also brought me an additional pack n play and made sure to check in with me throughout our stay. The pools were right outside our back door and the walk down to the beach was minutes away! My 5 year old really enjoyed the bunk beds and I loved having the large bed all to myself! I loved the fully stocked kitchen and cooked most of our meals there.
Each morning, I drank coffee out on the porch and listened to the waves as the sun rose! My girls loved the pools! Overall, the resort was full of fun and kind families!
It was a great trip!

It was a great experience for us! The condo was very nice, would recommend a crockpot. Time gets away from you as you play in the sun and sand and soon everyone’s hungry! All other amenities were there! Bring all your own food and condiments etc… Good filtered water in frig door! Maybe provide good beach chairs/sunshade or you can rent. Thanks so much! Hope to be back again!!!!

Property is clean, bright and cheery. Owners have put a lot of time and effort into anticipating everything you could need. They have added lots of extra touches and clearly strive to provide the best. Check In / check out are convenient and organized. I would highly recommend. Owner is responsive and clearly is a hands on owner / manager.
