About this apartment rental
This stylish, first-floor flat is in a quiet residence with a communal swimming pool in the beautiful town of Toscolano Maderno, on the shores of Lake Garda. It can sleep up to 4 people and is ideal for visitors who want to relax in peace but also explore this lovely region of Italy.
The open-plan living area has double glass doors which open onto a shaded balcony. There is a table and chairs outside for meals al fresco, over-looking the well-tended gardens below. Back indoors, the seating area has a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, plus a dining table and chairs. The smart, modern kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
The communal outdoor space has been as carefully curated as the interiors. The large swimming pool is particularly appealing on a warm summer’s day.
Sleeping
Bedroom: The master bedroom has a double bed, antique chest of drawers and an extensive wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.
Bathroom
The spacious, tiled bathroom has a shower, basin, WC, washing machine and bidet.

Location
The apartment is close to all the amenities of Toscolano Maderno. The town’s historic centre is one of the gems of Lake Garda, with winding lanes and tempting shops. The port in Toscolano Maderno (5 minute walk) is a stop-off point for ferries sailing around the lake. On the water, visitors can swim, fish, canoe, sail, windsurf and dive. Whilst on land, the lakefront is a glorious place to walk at any time of day. Away from the lake, there are hiking and mountain bike routes through scenic countryside, a golf course (4 minutes) and horse riding.
There are many excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, and for self-catering, Toscolano’s weekly market (Thursday morning) provides the freshest local produce to cook at home.
Lovers of art and history can visit the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of the writer Gabriele D\'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (9 minute drive) and the new Salò museum called "MU SA” (13 minute drive).
The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (1 hour 10 minute drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 15 minute drive). Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
