About this apartment rental
In the beautiful landscape of Lake Garda we rent an apartment with roof terrace in a quiet, beautifully renovated house in the center of the village of Toscolano - Maderno. The house has central heating for the intermediate and winter seasons, is sunny and offers a view of the green. From the covered roof terrace you can see the lake. It is approx. 200 meters to the next beach. There are good shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity, there is also a bar and restaurant nearby. For guests who want to get around the village by bike, we provide various simple bikes free of charge
We offer our holiday guests free of charge: Fast Internet Wifi. Various spices for the kitchen, coffee, tea and more. A little of our organic olive oil. Use of the washing machine, as well as products for washing up and for the washing machine. Bed linen is changed every week. You will also find detailed information on excursions and good restaurants in the vicinity of the resort of Toscolano-Maderno. Rental Bikes free of charge. We wish you a wonderful, relaxing holiday on Lake Garda.
The Lake of Garda with its blue sky and his sea like climate, permitting the growing of olive – trees and lemons, offers a landscape, which cannot be found anywhere else in Italy and perhaps also in the rest of Europe. The Lake offers ideal conditions for bathing, sailing, surfing and diving. On the surrounding mountains you can practice climbing, paragliding, riding, and mountain-biking or you can simply go trekking into the green valleys.

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden, einziger Nachteil war, dass es wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt,
keine Terasse gab, diese gehört nur zur oberen Wohnung.
Dadurch ist die Aussicht zum Teil sehr schlecht, man schaut
auf vollkommen verfallene Wohnhäuser. Aber sonst hat die
Wohnung alles was man braucht. Der angegebene Gemein-
schaftsraum ist im Eingangsbereich und durch die niedrige
Höhe wie ein Keller und riecht auch muffig.
Die Lage und der Weg zum See sind super, ca. 5-10 min. Weg-
zeit.

Insgesamt eine kleine, hübsche, gepflegte Wohnung. Nur der winzige Fernseher hat unsere Kinder "schockiert". Die kostenlos verfügbaren Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt. Der See ist gut zu erreichen. Was man sonst noch alles tun kann, wird durch Umfangreiche Unterlagen und Tipps auf Zetteln beschrieben. Der Bäcker um die Ecke und die Eisdiele können wir empfehlen. In unserer Woche waren es immer über 35 Grad, da wäre eine Klimaanlage gut gewesen, da es auch Nachts nicht so viel abkühlt. Aber das keine vorhanden ist wussten wir ja vorher.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern in Toscolano. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist herrlich und die Nähe zum See, in 5 Minuten zur Fuß erreichbar, ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank.

Nun ist unser Urlaub schon vorbei. In Toscolano am Gardasee war es ganz besonders schön. In unserer toll ausgestatteten, gemütlichen, stilvollen Ferienwohnung fühlten wir uns sehr wohl, hier wurde an alles gedacht. Angekommen und sofort Urlaubsfeeling. Auch die Gratis zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder benutzten wir gerne um an den See mit der Strandpromenade und ins Toscolano-Tal zu fahren. Perfekter Urlaubsresort, perfekte Ferienwohnung. Die Hauswartin so nett und sympathisch. Auf dass dieses schöne alte Haus noch viele Gäste beherbergen wird, wir empfehlen Sie auf jeden Fall weiter und vielen, vielen Dank.
