Welcome to our new and modern 100 sqm duplex apartment with stunning views from the terrace overlooking Lake Garda. The apartment is located in Toscolano Maderno in a very well maintained complex. The apartment has its own garden with large terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garage. In the complex is an infinity pool with beautiful views of Lake Garda. Guests can relax on the sun loungers in the garden or in the lounge on the terrace.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for everyday use. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and all kitchen utensils needed.
Furthermore, the apartment has a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, TV, sun loungers, dinette with dining table and four chairs, dining table on the terrace, lounge on the terrace, games, travel & hiking guide.
The bedrooms are equipped with 1.80 * 2.00 m beds and wardrobes. Sheets and towels are also plentiful.
From the bedroom on the ground floor you reach the belonging to the apartment private garden with beautiful views of the mountains.
The lawn by the pool you can use for a long sunbathing. For this there are free loungers in the apartment available.
The apartment has a garage where you can park your car comfortably. From the underground car park you have direct access to the basement.
In about 10 minutes walk you reach the place Toscolano Maderno with the beautiful promenade on Lake Garda. There you will find many restaurants, as well as the jetties of the general shipping and the car ferry and many bathing possibilities.

Was soll ich sagen einfach alles perfekt.
Wir haben uns es so richtig gut gehen lassen und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Wohnung.

4 Nächte haben wir im Sommer gebucht. Unterkunft war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist an einem Berg, zu Fuß an den Gardasee ist deshalb beschwerlich. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Und hast es sehr gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft ohne weiteres empfehlen.

Flot udsigt, dejlig planløsning, velfungerende lejlighed med alt man kunne tænke sig, Måske lidt for langt ned til byen, det var svært at gå ned og op.

Good stay. Nice location. In the detailed information we received, the host announced cleaning costs of €190 to be paid on departure! These costs were never mentioned in the total price announced on Abritel. After discussions the host accepted not to claim them.
