The 4th floor apartment was quiet, clean, and located with easy walking access to the Louvre, fashion, Paris Opera Ballet, Royal Palace, the Seine, and numerous destinations. It is also located a block or more away from touristy restaurants and gave us a feel for neighborhood living, corner bakery, grocer, caffe spots, and boutiques. It was tight with 3 of us between a full bed, pull out couch, and efficiency-sized bathroom, but it suited us well.

The apartment is beautiful, with everything being brand new. The photos are accurate, and the space is filled with natural light on the fourth floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking if you wish. The neighborhood is vibrant, offering plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and various shops. We absolutely loved our stay there."

Exceptional property in superb location. Everything was new and of good quality. My friend and I appreciated the separate bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and cosy. We only spent 2 nights and did not use the well equipped kitchen. Because this studio is in an historic building, be prepared to walk up staircases as there is no elevator. Walking distance to Louvre, Opera House, L'Orangerie and other noteworthy attractions with many typical Paris cafes and shops in the area. Perfection!
