Other things to note: Pets are welcome! $100 Pet fee. Two pet limit. If we discover that you bring a pet without notifying us and paying the pet fee in advance, the pet fee will be assessed at $200.

Also, Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life, like ants, roaches, lizards and other bugs. We have a contract with a pest control company that regularly services our property and our home. However, fighting the bugs is a constant battle. We appreciate your understanding as well as your assistance by not taking food into the bedrooms..

Early check ins and/or late check outs are sometimes available for $25/hour based on arrivals/departures around your stay. Please contact the owner for availability.

Thank you for caring for our home and property like it’s your own. Please keep in mind that you are on an active waterway; this brings its own obvious risks. Less obvious are changes in the tides which make the docks and water access change throughout the day and evening. The river has limbs, rocks, moss… all sorts of things that can create obstacles for you and your family. These are not static. Please exercise caution as you enjoy the river
