About this apartment rental

Enjoy your vacation boating, doing the attractions near by, have your morning coffee on the screened in deck overlooking the lake. Many mornings you could see a mother duck with her little ducklings coming across the water. Boat rentals are close by and a boat slip is available with this unit for a low extra fee. Restaurants right on the water are very close to the condo. Great food and people watching!! Go carts are close for the youngsters. Great shopping and movie theater as well. Big Sur water park is a great time for the family. Open only during summer of course.

Check in was tricky. Was given the wrong key codes. The directions for water turn on, hot water heater and thermostat instructions were in the master bedroom instead of refrigerator door. Once we figured it all out- smooth sailing. Also- this condo does not allow pets but the property does. My husband almost got bit on the second floor.

We’ve stayed at several of the condos at this location and this is one of the best. Upon entry we were surprised, decorated very nice, clean, great view, everything in great condition. Communication
