Getting There:
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay for our group (ages 50-80). We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We had a little trouble finding our unit, I think there was a typo in our instructions. The complex is also under construction, it was a little tricky to find our way into the parking lot. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay here.

The place is great! Very large place. It was nice that all three adults sharing the condo had their own private area to retreat to after attending our conference.

From the moment you step into the property, you feel as though you are in a home away from home. This is definitely one of the best vacation rentals I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I will most certainly be revisiting!

Stayed in Osage for business with 2 co-workers. Condo worked out perfectly for our needs, 3 rooms with private baths was just what we needed to not stay in a less than desirable local hotels. Location was perfect for us! Beautiful new building.
