Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Location Activities:

The condo complex is lovely with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The complex is still under construction. The condo itself was beautiful. I reserved the condo specifically because it said it sleeps 10. It only sleeps 8. The PM firm did not answer my questions regarding the sleeping arrangements. After I asked three times they said there would be a blow up bed available. The condo accommodates dogs; however, there is no where for dogs to go outside. I would suggest not bringing a dog. All in all we had a great trip.

Beautiful space with a wonderful stay while inside the property. However the place was still being built outside and although they graciously allow pets, had no grass anywhere within walking distance for my dog built/put in yet. There was also a small hiccup with booking this space, then a week before being notified they were changing my rental due to water damage. No problem, I agreed to the swap, but they forgot to update the information they sent to me for access, so I had to call 2 different people to get it sorted late at night.

Love the condo!! It was very relaxing!! The condo is beautiful and the balcony is great. The elevator was great and was used quite a bit with my dogs. There is work being done on the edge of the property. Curious as to what is being done, but the noise is not loud. Do not detour yourselves from booking, but anyone with dogs need to inquire as to where the designated place is for dogs on the property. The two places I found both said not meant for pet relief use designated area. What area? During the day I took my dogs to Casey’s up the road so they could get exercise and had plenty of grassy area to relieve themselves. Again, not the fault of the condo, but the layout of theproperty. Thoroughly enjoyed my stat!!
