Good location and easily accessible with the lift. The hosts responded promptly when we had problems. For example the kettle stopped working but a new one was delivered within 24 hours. On the negative side there is no microwave oven and we found it difficult to locate cleaning materials.There was no brush in the property or sponges for washing up. Soap and shampoo were insufficient for four people and the toilet seat was loose. The bathroom plumbing makes a weird noise like artillery fire when running taps or toilet flush. Not a disadvantage but may disturb some guests; especially at night when others are sleeping. Only one key is provided, which can cause problems of coordination amongst three, four or more guests. Possibly a bit pricey for some when local taxes are added in.
