If you’d like to spend your vacation right on the southern shore of Lake Tegernsee, our “Uschi” vacation apartment is just the place for you. Our quiet yet centrally located apartment, approximately 32 square meters in size, is situated in Tegernsee-Süd, right along the Rottach Dam trails. It’s lovingly furnished in Bavarian style and features a beautiful south-facing balcony, perfect for breakfast in the morning or cozy evenings. The thermal baths, the lake, the town center, and a great bakery for breakfast rolls are all nearby. The apartment is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes, bike rides, and shopping trips. On our website, you’ll find plenty of ideas and links for your vacation at the foot of the Alps. Our quiet yet centrally located, approximately 32-square-meter apartment in Rottach-Egern is situated right along the Rottach Dam paths. The beautiful south-facing balcony with a view of the Wallberg is the perfect spot for breakfast on the balcony or cozy evenings, perhaps even with the faint sounds of the spa concert on the lakeside promenade in the background. The thermal baths, lake baths, and town center are all nearby, as are places to buy breakfast or fresh rolls. Equipped with a duplex parking space in the underground garage (max. height 1.5 m), coin-operated washer and dryer, a storage locker in the basement, a bike storage room, and internet access, the apartment is also ideal for business travelers and long-term stays.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
