Great location, lovely view, comfy and generous!

We were lucky that one of the property staff bumped into us on arrival and got us our key - I wasn't sure where to collect it from, thought it was in a key box by the appartment but it was, it was else where - as all the communication was in German and I couldn't get the details in my translation. The appartment was large and as a family as three we had enough space. The kitchen was small but had what we needed, a lovely basket of products on arrival and useful things like sponge, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, tea and coffee - a lot of appartments could make this small gesture to make stays in appartments that much easier and nicer! Helped us leave it nice and clean too! The view was lovely towards the mountains and it was just a short walk either along the road, or the little river into the town area. There were lovely resturants, gelato places, shops and our family favourite the water park! My husband walked from the town to Tegernesee which was about 30 minutes away one evening to visit the brewery when he didn't want to drive. It was very helpful to have a car space included too.

We had to set up the sofa bed for our little boy which was fine but then we found a few bugs in the back cushions. Also behind the towel radiator in the bathroom we found at least 3 towels that had fallen down the back from previous stays - just a couple of details but overall the appartment was very clean and cared for. As the appartment was on the top floor it was much hotter than the other floors - the appartment was very warm and we had some cooler days, about 10 degrees cooler than a few days before - I don't know how we would have coped if it had been hotter!

A perfect vacation

We came with our toddler and were so pleased with everything! It was really perfect for us, great little outdoor area to eat, heaps of space, kitchen and fridge to do little meals and wash up. When travelling with a little one you really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like having a great coffee machine, or a curtain that divides the sleeping area from the lounge. We could have stayed forever! Walking distance (even for tiny legs) to the lake and an amazing swimming pool, great restaurants around, beautiful little shops- and the host was easy to contact and super helpful! Can’t wait to go back!

Wohlfühl-FeWo

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit geschmackvollem Wohnzimmer im Landhausstil und herrlichem Blick auf den Wallberg. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl – gemütlich, ruhig und hübsch eingerichtet. Küche und Badezimmer sind schon etwas älter aber sehr gut ausgestattet und funktional. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier. Die Lage ist ideal: Rottach-Egern ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der See. Trotz der zentralen Nähe wohnt man angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt eine gepflegte, liebevoll geführte Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlfaktor – perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt am Tegernsee.

Abdunkelung des Fensters im Schlafzimmer sollte professionell ersetzt werden.

Tolle Gegend, gemütliches, aber nicht zeitgemäßes Appartement.

Das Appartement Nr. 14 ist charmant und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es liegt im Ortskern und man kann von hier aus viele Ausflüge planen.

Das Bad sowie die Küche müssten erneuert werden. Außerdem ist die Küchenausstattung zwar vollständig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Töpfe, wenig Geschirr und es wirkt etwas „zusammen gesucht“. Außerdem leider Silberfische und Schuster im Bad sowie in der Küche. Der TV ist umständlich zu bedienen.

Sehr gute Lage, Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert

Super Lage, schön eingerichtet, ruhig.

Das Bett war mir -aber das ist Geschmacksache- etwas zu weich und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es nicht ganz so sauber war, wie gewünscht. Es ist für Hundebesitzer super dort, ich selbst war mit Hund dort, aber ich hatte etwas Hautprobleme. Ansonsten alles prima! Die Kommunikation direkt nach der Buchung war recht intensiv, da ich mehrfach aufgefordert wurde, die Anzahlung zu leisten, bereits ein knappes Jahr vor dem Aufenthalt. Ich wurde dann aber wiederum erst auf meine eigene Initiative hin, nach mehreren Mails und einem Anruf ca. 15 Min. vor der Check-in Zeit unterrichtet, wie ich in das Appartement komme. Das hat mich verunsichert. Hat dann aber alles gut funktioniert.

Schöner Urlaub, schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, schön, ruhig und nahe am Zentrum von Rottach Egern. Man kann sowohl direkt über den Hof oder über den Zugang zur Rottach fussläufig schnell den See als auch das Zentrum erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht vorrätig. Die Küche ist klein hat aber eine Spülmaschine integriert. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, ehr ein kleiner Hinweis was verbessert werden könnte in der Wohnung 4 die wir hatten. Das Bett sollte mal überprüft werden. Das knarzen ist leider sehr störend für einen ruhigen Schlaf. Wer länger als 4-5 Tage bleibt wird dies reklamieren. Am Badmöbel klemmen/schleifen die Türen und es sind leichte Schäden an der Badtüre. Vielleicht mal das Bad einfach ein wenig überholen.

Für eine Woche Aufenthalt akzeptabel

Die Lage im Ort ist zentral, die Unterkunft ist sehr ordentlich und es gibt zugewiesene Parkplätze. Das Bad ist modern, die Küche zweckmäßig und komplett, wenn auch sehr klein. An Schränken, Kommoden und Sitzgelegenheiten mangelt es in der kleinen Unterkunft jedenfalls nicht. Es liegen alle nötigen Utensilien bereit, einschl. Bügeleisen und Staubsauger. Sehr bequemes Bett übrigens.

Es handelt sich hier um eine kleine Wohneinheit mit etwa 50 qm - 1 Zimmer, Küche, Bad. Mit einem kleinen Kind ist das eher ungünstig, da es keine Möglichkeit gibt, das Kind in einem separaten Bereich schlafen zu legen. Der integrierte "Raumteiler" zwischen Doppelbett und Wohnbereich reicht nicht aus, um das Appartement von einem gewöhnlichem Hotelzimmer abzuheben. Garten: Fehlanzeige, auch wenn die Bilder etwas anderes suggerieren. Der Außenbereich beschränkt sich auf 2 qm ungemähten Rasen und ca. 4 qm Waschbetonplatten mit 2 Stühlen plus Kunststofftisch - immerhin eine Marquise, die aber durch die Ausrichtung nach Nord-West kaum Nutzwert hat. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist rustikal. Wir hätten eine bequeme Couch bevorzugt. Stattdesen gibts in dem kleinen Raum neben drei Stühlen um den Esstisch herum 4 (!) Sessel und ein Sofa, das eher als gepolsteter Zweisitzer beschrieben werden kann. Der TV hat zwar alle notwendigen technischen Funktionen, incl. WLAN/Internetzugang, ist aber für heutige Verhältnisse zu klein und mit schlechter Bildqualität. Leider stand bei der Ankunft das Kinderbett nicht bereit, obwohl es eine explizite Bestätig dazu gab. Das wurde nachträglich erst auf telefonische Nachfrage inklusive Ausreden geliefert. Die Zahlung muss übrigens außerhalb booking.com im Voraus per Überweisung abgewickelt werden. Naja, alles ok soweit, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfinden wir angesichts des Null-Service-Konzeptes und beengten Räumlichkeiten als grenzwertig - das gilt aber möglicherweise für die allermeisten Ferienwohnungen in Rottach.

Appartement zum Wohlfühlen in toller Lage am Fluss

Wir haben uns in Appartement Nr. 17 von Beginn an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert via Schließfach, die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin sehr angenehm. Das Appartement war sehr gepflegt und top ausgestattet. Von einer bestens ausgestatteten Küche über Sonos-Boxen, einen streamingfähigen Fernseher und fest zugewiesene Parkplätze für jede Wohnung war alles dabei. Ebenso stand sogar ein Waschraum zur Verfügung. Der Balkon war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Vom Appartement aus war man in wenigen Minuten bei diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Tegernsee. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen :)

Kaum nennenswert und Jammern auf hohem Niveau: - die Gewürze waren leider bereits aufgebraucht - die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack recht durchgelegen und knartschig - zukünftig wäre ein Pfannenwender super :D

Das Wohnzimmer war schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet Kaffee Kaffeefilter Zucker Gewürze Eierkocher Wasserkocher Saftpresse Thermoskanne....

Wir hatten das Appartement Nr 15 Leider eine Dachwohnung, was in der Buchungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde Das Schlafzimmer hatte ca 4 qm und ein Dachfenstern. Leider konnten wir wegen des vielen Regens das Fenster nicht öffnen, dadurch war es unmöglich in dem Zimmer zu schlafen, trotz der kühlen Temperaturen Ende Juli 25. Ich will nicht wissen wie warm es in der Wohnung an einem normalen Sommertag wird. Unter der Telefon Nr. aus dem Email Verkehr waren die Luxus-Appartment-Vermieter nicht erreichbar. Was ist so schwer daran eine gültige Telefon Nr für Notfälle anzugeben? Meine BeschwerdeEMail wurde vom Anbieter ignoriert. Das Appartement musst per Rechnung überwiesen werden, das bin ich von Booking.com Anbietern nicht gewohnt

Alles in Allem ein schöner, angenehmer, ruhiger Urlaug.

Schlüssel lagen in einem Briefkasten, der mit einem Code versehen war. Diesen hatten wir zuvor per Telefon und Email erhalten. Für Fahrräder waren viele Ständer überdacht vorhanden. Neben dem Haus verlief der Radweg und Fußgängerweg an der Rottach entlang.

Zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage; gute Ausstattung; sauber.

Wohnung geht Richtung Norden. Küche mit Dachflächenfenster Richtung Süden ohne Verdunklungsrollo heizt stark auf. Bad mit Duschmöglichkeit in der Badewanne sehr in die Jahre gekommen; knarrende Betten allein beim Umdrehen.

Ruhige Lage mit Blick ins Grüne, alles zu Fuß erreichbar was man sich wünscht. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen großzügigen Schnitt mi praktischer Küche, einem modernen Bad und einen großen überdachten Balkon, der am späten Nachmittag sonnig ist. Alles in Massivholz und top in Schuss.

Es war ok.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt an der Rottach (Fußweg) in 5 Min am See. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Größe der Wohnung sowie die Aufteilung ist ok.

Ausstattung - schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit sollte intensiver sein(Spinnweben,Staub und Ungeziefer -Ameisen,Silberfische,Kellerasseln). Griffe (Türen,Schränke,Pfanne,Toilettenhalter...) alle lose. Vorhänge (zum abdunkeln) fielen immer wieder runter - waren nicht richtig befestigt! KEINE Mikrowelle vorhanden (Beschreibung). Auflagen für Liege/Stühle (Terrasse) fehlten. Terrasse nicht gereinigt. Parkplätze sehr sehr eng! Es gäbe einiges zu tun....;-) Preis/Leistung passt nicht!
