About this house rental
Maisonette T2 of 63m2 in a quiet area of Andernos Les Bains for 4 people
The accommodation
Maisonette of 63 m² refurbished with terrace of 50 m² in a quiet environment, close to cycle paths, 2 km from the beach and the oyster port and 1km from the first shops of Andernos les Bains with many activities throughout the year such as the Oyster Festival, Festival of Jazz, Cabanes en fête....
It is on the first floor with a private entrance, possibility to put bicycles in the courtyard and park the car in front of the house. It is adjoining the owner's house but it is not overlooked and each has an independent entrance.
The accommodation:
KITCHEN: fully equipped American (2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker with coffee, toaster...).
LIVING ROOM: equipped with plenty of storage, an office area, a sofa bed that can offer a very comfortable bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), a TV and a radio-CD, fan....
BEDROOM: 15 m² with double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), fan, wardrobe and hangers for storage.
A high chair, a travel cot (without sheet or baby duvet) are available to tenants.
Separate toilet.
BATHROOM: two sinks, a shower and storage, a radiator and the washing machine.
The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility and the photos are non-contractual
Linen, i.e. sheets and towels are included.
A deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival. If the accommodations are not returned in a correct condition, part of the deposit will be kept.
An additional €30 will be required for any arrival between 8pm and 10pm and any departure before 7:00am, and €50 for all arrivals after 10pm.
The accommodations are non-smoking.

Cette maisonnette est située dans une rue calme avec de la place pour se garer. Elle est très fonctionnelle et décorée avec gout. La terrasse extérieure est bien aménagée et très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
