The second bathroom is conveniently located just off the guest bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space if needed. The condo is fully stocked, offering all the essentials for a smooth and delightful stay. Enjoy the seclusion of the private screened porch, or indulge in the pool just steps away.
As part of the Landings of Largo condominium complex, guests are treated to an array of amenities, including two heated pools, well-lit tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball hoop, and a bocce court. Find tranquility at the fishing/sunset pier, or indulge in relaxation and activity at the clubhouse and fitness room.
For boating enthusiasts, possibility of dockage is an option – please inquire for more information.
Kindly be aware that guests are required to visit the condo office upon arrival to finalize the check-in procedure, which entails submitting a renter information form along with a $50 fee (to be paid by the renter).

The condo was very well maintained. We did get to enjoy some pool time and sunsets out on the pier. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Communication was easy and prompt for the minor requests. Overall great vacation!
