Enjoy 2 bedrooms upstairs, the Master has a king bed, office area, large smart TV, vanity area, walk in closet & full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, large smart TV & large built in closet. Common area upstairs has a large great room fantastic for entertaining including a bar & wine cooler & 65" Samsung smart TV. A full kitchen, dining, breakfast nook, livingroom (with a large sectional that has a queen size sleeper sofa option), & access to a screened in exterior balcony area with a lush private tropical setting view. Large studio apartment downstairs that's also great for entertaining with an outdoor covered terrace, deck & BBQ. Downstairs area can also be converted to a full apartment with queen size murphy bed, livingroom (65" Samsung smart TV), dining, kitchenette, full bathroom, full size washer/ dryer & pocket door for privacy. In total, there are 4 new flat screen TV's, cable & WiFi for your endless enjoyment. There are also 2 covered parking spaces as well as guest parking.
The unit is inside a community that features amenities like 2 heated pools with updated furniture & day beds for soaking up the sun, Fishing pier, Tennis, pickleball, basketball, racquetball & Bocce ball courts. Gym & clubhouse with full kitchen on site as well. The property has plenty of activities and the location is ideal for paddling, boating, kayaking, fishing, and all water sports. In addition, we are within walking distance and or a short drive to an endless number of restaurants & cafe's with a unique Florida keyes style fair, waterfront views, live music & relaxed ambiance. The foods & variation of foods in this tropical island setting alone are their own memerable getaway like no other.

We truly loved our stay at Tony’s place. The description was as advertised! We enjoyed all the amenities plus walks on the dock to view manatees, crocodiles, crabs, and lobster were priceless! Saw dolphins of the end of the dock too! Tony was a great communicator that answered anything we asked of him! We look forward to our next stay! Highly recommend 5 star+.
