About this house rental
This is a wonderful 2 bedroom waterfront townhome in the desirable community of The Landings of Largo located mm 98 bayside. The Landings is a gated waterfront community with every amenity. There are 2 pools, a brand new world class renovated marina with slips available for rental, newly resurfaced tennis, and pickleball courts, bocci and basketball courts and boat ramp all located right on the premises!
The unit boasts 2 bedrooms, a waterfront ensuite primary bedroom with a king size bed. Enjoy the lovely breeze from the slider and wake to the sound of swaying palms. The ensuite bath has quartz counter vanity and fully tiled shower.
The unit is a split plan so the guest bedroom is on the opposite site of the condo to afford privacy. It has it's own full sized bath with tub/shower.
The updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. This is not a bare bones rental, so everything is included for your comfort and convenience.
Since the unit is an end unit, it's spacious, bright and airy and the living area has awesome sunset view. There is a small bistro table in the kitchen and the dining table seats 6. There is a queen sized sleeper for the occasional guest.
There is high speed internet with WIFI, smart 48" Sony smart TV and stereo. (There's a small flat screen in the master)
This townhome has a full sized washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided.
This is all one floor living on the 2nd floor. Semi private stairs to your front door with covered parking underneath the unit for vehicles, small boats or trailers. Downstairs is a lovely waterfront screened lanai newly furnished with gas grill and bait freezer. We even have 2 keys cruiser bikes for biking around the community and a downstairs storage for your fishing gear etc.
Just Launch your boat from the ramp right on premises and head out for world class fishing, snorkeling or a relaxing sunset cruise. Boat slips are usually available to rent in the marina. This rental is conveniently located near great restaurants, John Pennekamp State Park and shopping. The views are endless and the sunsets are priceless!!

The condo is thoughtfully stocked with just about anything you will need. Charmingly decorated.

Hard to give a definitive view as two week stay was shortened by a hurricane, therefor many shops, bars etc were closed, some even washed away, so.
However, place was nice clean and with most everything that would be needed. Nice view from lounge over Florida Bay, The Landings is a well kept estate of some 100 units however, it was trying to recover from the storm damage and doing quite well at it.
Key Largo is normally a "fun place" to visit with many bars, restaurants and for anyone with a liking for fishing, diving or other type of water sports it's ideal. Give it a try!!
