About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 75 m² house in Plomodiern can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features a lovely 27 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 1,000 m² garden.
First floor:
- 27 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and wood-burning stove (wood provided by guests)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (180x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, high chair.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden, fully enclosed and west-facing, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- An 18 m² outbuilding for storing garden furniture, wood, barbecue and bicycles.
The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
The large beach of Lestrevet-Pentrez is only 13 km away (15 min. by car); sand yacht hire is available.
Many cultural and sightseeing activities are available nearby:
- Chateaulin and Port-Launay on the banks of the Aulne River
- Locronan: a pretty 17th-century stone village popular with tourists, with a night market in summer.
- Douarnenez: small traditional port, museum of old boats to visit
- Daoulas: visit an ancient abbey, with a new exhibition every year
- Landévennec: visit an ancient monastery dating back to the beginning of the Christian era.
- Discover the Crozon peninsula
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the road leading to the house.

- Nearest airport: Brest-Guipavas 65 km (approx. 55 mn by car)

- Bed linen and towels are optional on request, and must be ordered from our manager before your stay.
