About this apartment rental
This beautiful condo in a unique historic property, the Aster Inn, combines the charm of yesteryear with modern conveniences. A quick walk to the beach (3.5 blocks), the bay (1 block), many restaurants and all the amenities of the Wildwoods await you. The beautiful inground pool and gardens with a grill and areas to dine or relax plus your own second floor porch complete with rocking chairs and a large dining table with a pool view makes this property a unique getaway.
Enter the unit through a central stairway to find an eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and marble countertops. A master bedroom with king bed and plenty of spaces to unpack, with adjacent full bath with clawfoot tub and shower, and a living room with access to the spacious front porch complete the first floor. The second floor is a large loft with a queen bed, full bed, and twin rollaway bed. The loft also has a small desk, perfect for anyone who needs to work from home during their time at the beach. The second floor also has its own full bath with a tiled shower and marble countertops. Ceiling fans in each room and central AC make this unit comfy in the summer. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom and the living room. All beach needs are included for your convenience, including lots of chairs, umbrellas, a beach canopy, beach toys, boogie boards, and a beach cart.
The outdoor courtyard of the Aster Inn is uniquely beautiful. A 37' by 13' inground pool, BBQ grill, lounge chairs, a large dining table, and beautiful mature plantings are a relaxing escape, and are shared with the five other units in the building. The unit includes all beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, beach cart etc). I provide pillows and comforters but you will need to bring sheets and towels.
There is no smoking in the building or outdoor areas of this unit, and no pets are allowed. The unit is accessible via one flight of stairs.

Very nice property. The owner was quickly responsive to any inquiries i had. The porch is large and a wonderful place to hang out in the am with coffee, in the evening with a drink and when it rained-was so nice to be able to still be outside. Very nice pool! This is a great house for a family. The upstairs loft was perfect for our daughter and her friends. Although it’s further to the beach than the bay, the walk is only a few blocks on a nice street. Bakeries, ice cream shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. The building is quiet and several units are owner occupied and the residents were nice to chat with in the pool. Parking was more congested on Saturday when we came but we had no trouble getting a spot one block away. The rest of the week, parking was not an issue.Lovely place to be for a week!

Great location with a lot of charm! It was the perfect fit for our family vacation. We loved the wrap around porch and pool. Valerie was an excellent host that was easy to get ahold of if needed. Highly recommend

Well appointed, clean, comfortable and convenient. The property owner, Valerie, was super on top of everything and very responsive. My kids had lots of space and we had our separate space. The outdoor patio is amazing. Pool is beautiful but a little cold! We had a wonderful time and would certainly return.

So this is a clean well stocked home yet the positive is it is a historical property. Positives are breakfast and ice cream places right down street; beautiful patio and pool; comfy furniture; antique decor; well stocked kitchen. The negative is it’s a historical property- bedroom door doesn’t lock; outlets not convenient or plentiful; parking out front can be a challenge if you move car; not enough storage space for luggage or to unpack. 17 minutes to ocean - 9 minutes of that is to beach walkway; another 4 to bottom of walkway and 4 across beach since huge beach. Owner very responsive.
