One of the best features of this home? NO STAIRS AT ALL!!! This first-floor unit is perfect for guests with mobility concerns, families with young children, or anyone who simply prefers easy access. And you’re just three short blocks from the beach.
This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo offers comfort, space, and coastal charm throughout. Enjoy one of the largest covered patios on the island, thoughtfully furnished with a full-size dining table, a cozy seating area (love seat, chairs, and table), two lounge chairs, and a bar area—perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or evening drinks in the constant ocean breeze.
In addition to your private patio, guests have access to a heated pool (open Memorial Day weekend through late September), a BBQ area with two grills, and two outdoor showers—ideal for rinsing off after a relaxing beach day.
Inside, the home is bright, modern, and fully equipped:
Primary bedroom: queen bed + twin-over-full bunk, private custom-tiled bath with walk-in shower, flat-screen TV
Second bedroom: queen bed and flat-screen TV
Living room: leather sectional with pull-out bed and large flat-screen TV
The modern kitchen features granite countertops, tile floors, and everything you need: gas cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/oven combo, Keurig & drip coffee makers, crockpot, cookware, dishes, and utensils.
A second full bathroom (off the living room) includes a washer and dryer.
All rooms offer ceiling fans, WiFi, and cable TV.
Sunday-to-Sunday rentals help you avoid the typical Saturday traffic—something past guests really appreciate for a smoother arrival and departure.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The host, Julie is terrific. The condo was spotless. The porch was lovely for relaxing any time of day. Very convenient and easy walk to the beach. Very nice residential area that was quiet. Knocked off a star as the washing machine was broken on arrival. Host communicated this on arrival day. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it in the grand scheme of things, but apparently it was broken for a few weeks and wasn't communicated earlier. Again, it's not the end of the world, but that is one of the reasons why I always book a condo vs hotel, especially at the beach. I wish I would have known earlier. Finally, beds were not very comfortable, but adequate.
