Beautiful 2 bedroom villa with private heated pool and roof terrace located in Mar Menor Golf Resort in Torre Pacheco. It really is a home from home for you to enjoy with your family or friends! There's plenty of outdoor space to relax both around the pool and on the sunny south facing roof terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine - everything is on hand for you to enjoy your holiday meals, whether poolside dining after cooking dinner on the Weber BBQ or taking advantage of the local take away deliveries. There's even a picnic bag for 4 for those trips out.
The air conditioned master bedroom has a king size bed & plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. There is a second bedroom with twin beds and a further bathroom with shower.
Relax on the comfy sofa in the lounge/dining room - there's a TV with many channels, a portable speaker to play your favorite music and books and games for the family to enjoy.
The villa is on a golf resort so ideal for the golfers out there but there is so much more to do. Club MMGR has padel courts, a gym, heated pool, crazy golf and a restaurant & bar and is only 500mts away. There are many more bars, including live music bars, and restaurants both at the 5 star Ona Hotel on the resort and on El Boulevard just a short walk away. The nearest supermarket is about 600mts from the villa. Or pamper yourself at the hotel spar or the beauty salon on the Boulevard.
The beaches at Los Alcazares are just 5km away where you can enjoy a beautiful walk on the promenade or stop for tapas in one of the restaurants. Further afield, there is so much Roman history in Cartagena or you can visit the cathedral in the region's capital city of Murcia where you will also find delightful Michelin star restaurants.
