About this apartment rental
New, spacious vacation apartment in a generous, gated community with 30 single-family homes and duplexes, as well as a small apartment building, located in the quiet village of Ukcin between Misdroy and Kolberg. Furnished for your comfort and well-being. The beach is 400 m away—through the woods, across a local road, and back through the woods.
2-bedroom vacation rental:
2-bedroom vacation rental with a large living room featuring a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dishwasher, in-floor heating, a balcony, and a garden with a grill, bicycles, and Wi-Fi.
The vacation rental occupies the entire upper floor, measures 55 square meters, and is suitable for 2–6 people (ideal for 4). It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed, one with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed), a spacious living room with a corner sofa bed and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (hot plates, stove with grill function, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker with thermos, toaster), and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The entire apartment features underfloor heating.
The spacious built-in closet in the master bedroom provides plenty of storage space.
The apartment features both a balcony and a private garden (for the exclusive use of our guests) covering an area of 55 square meters, complete with a patio and a grill. Garden furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs, and a lounge chair) is available both on the balcony and in the garden.
You have free wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi).
The following are at your disposal: a 40-inch LED smart TV, satellite TV with several dozen German channels, an iron with ironing board, a hair dryer, a clothes drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, and 4 bicycles.
The vacation rental was renovated in 2025.
You have your own parking space in front of the entrance/garden. On our secured property, you can park another car safely and free of charge at the gatehouse.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
