The noise from the main door to the building and staircase. In the room we have got, it was causing a lot of sleep disturbances

Würde es wieder buchen

Die Lage ist perfekt 👌 nur wenige Minuten zum Strand . Am Morgen aufstehen und das Meer hören , das ist Balsam für die Seele . Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Steht bei Fragen telefonisch zur Verfügung und hilft auch aus der Ferne wo er nur kann . Die FW sehr sauber . Alles was man so braucht , war an Utensilien vorhanden . Wir hatten Appartement nr. 12 , für 2 Personen gut aber für 3 Erwachsene zu klein .

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln . Aber ein paar Anmerkungen . Für 3 Personen viel zu klein , kein gemütliches zusammen sitzen auf der Couch möglich , da nur ein 2 sitzer Sofa , für mein Freund und mich war das Bett zu klein , die Schlafcouch sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden ? Die is sehr unbequem . Im großen und Ganzen für 2-3 Tage für 2 Personen in Ordnung aber für länger und 3 Personen nicht geeignet .

Einfaches Handhaben mit Pins am Eingang,kurzer Weg zum Meer und zum zentrum.alles gut organisiert.schön sauber.der Vermieter ist super nett,hat sich gekümmert das wir noch 2tage länger bleiben konnten.er ist sehr zuverlässig,das wussten wir von letzten Jahr schon,deshalb wollten wir gerne wieder eine Wohnung von ihm.

Mikrowelle war nicht sauber, Wäscheständer kaputt, Strandstühle verschimmelt.

Es war eine neue Anlage.

Im Zimmer wo das Bett stand lag man mit dem Kopf direkt am Fensterbrett.Quasi drauf.Fenster im Schlafzimmer konnte man nicht öffnen.Es gab keinen Toaster.Die Scheuerleisten waren defekt.Man konnte nur einzeln auf dem Balkon sitzen.Nur 1Stuhl.

Krzysiek z Rodzinką.

Bardzo ładne apartamenty, usytuowane w cichej i spokojnej lokalizacji z dużą ilością zieleni i z bliskim zejściem na plażę. Pokoje bardzo obszerne z pięknymi balkonami.

Największą bolączką w tym wszystkim jest internet którego trudno oceniać, bo praktycznie go niema. Nawet sieć komórkowa gdzie miałem zasięg jest tak zakłócana że nie można nic otworzyć.

Unterkunft sauber und sehr nah am Strand.

Schlafcouch für 2 Personen zu klein und zu eng. Schlafmöglichkeit ist für größere, stärkere Personen gar nicht geeignet. Wenn für 3 Personen gebucht wurde, sollte auch für 3 Personen Schlafmöglichkeit hergerichtet sein.

Idealna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko plaża (kilka minut spacerkiem), cicha i spokojna okolica, ładny widok, słoneczny apartament, meble na tarasie.

Mały zlew i brak ociekacza do naczyń ;)

Byli jsme moc spokojení a další rok se určitě vrátíme.

Možnost otvírání na kód, tudíž žádná recepce. Terasa s trávníkem, možnost ubytování se psy,jsme za to moc vděční, super podzemní parkování, velká koupelna, útulno a pohodlná postel, sušák na oblečení, prostě vše na co si člověk vzpomene. Moře kousek i obchůdky..

2 telewizory, nowoczesne umeblowanie, balkon z widokiem w kierunku morza, płatny,podziemny garaż i bardzo blisko do plaży, plaży dla psów!

Lokalizacja w mojej ulubionej części Pobierowa, blisko na plażę zarówno zejściem schodami jak i nowym oświetlonym zejściem plażowym tzw. zjazdem technicznym. Spokojna, cicha dzielnica. Słychać szum morza, widok na morze z tarasów balkonów. Bardzo wygodne zastosowanie bezkluczykowego zamykania oraz możliwość przejścia między klatkami i budynkami np parkingiem podziemnym. Apartamenty jak na zdjęciach wszystko zgodne z opisem. Bardzo miły kontakt z właścicielem/zarządca. Sprawa zatrzasnietych kart załatwiona od ręki. Wszystko dokladnie wytłumaczone przez telefon.

Brakuje zmywarek. Tarasy, balkony- super meble ogrodowe, kokony, niestety nieprzygotowane na przyjazd gości, zakurzone, zapylone, pajeczyny.. Kanapy w widocznymi śladami użytkowania- przydał by sie karcher Bardzo zakamieniona armatura- w jednym z apartamentów cieknący cały kran, w drugim cieknące kolanko.. Widać, ze apartmenty cieszą sie dużym powodzeniem i są mocno eksploatowane, nalezalo by zrobić dokładniejszy przyglad i gruntownie posprzątać.

Für einen Kurzurlaub als Paar zu empfehlen

Die Lage war sehr gut, nur zwei Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief auch problemlos und sehr freundlich.

Das Bett war für ein Doppelbett sehr klein und die Schlafcouch sehr unbequem. Als Familie mit zwei Kindern nicht so gut geeignet.
