the owner is a very nice guy. resolves issues quickly, the main thing is timely information.

in general, everything was very good. very good Owner, when there was a problem with water and heat, the issue was resolved almost quickly. very large bathroom. the bedroom, unfortunately, is only surrounded by a partition, which is not very suitable for family people with children. everything is new and very decent. Again, the site is worth it, which is suitable for people with disabilities, but in fact the shower and toilet are not equipped. and there everything is without barriers. in the off season, be prepared for the fact that there is not even a bakery nearby. Well, in general, for ordinary people, it’s very suitable

Dobře vybavený apartmán v přízemí s velkou zatravněnou terasou. Vhodný pro pár nebo malou rodinu se psem. I když poblíž ulice, ctí soukromí. Objekt je na kraji města velmi blízko pláže, lesa i do města s obchody.

Perfekte kleine Ferienwohnung mit Top Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft war top alles sauber, Ausstattung perfekt . Die Lage ist ideal gleich um die Ecke (keine 5 Minuten) kommt man an den Strand. Mit Hund wirklich ideal,diese sind hier sehr willkommen. Wir würden es klar weiterempfehlen. Das wird auch nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein dass wir hier waren.

Wszystko. A najbardziej - ogródek przy apartamencie z wygodnym fotelem typu gruszka, wanna z hydromasażem. Możliwość przyjazdu z dużym psem.

Ogólnie polecam. My byliśmy zadowoleni.

Poza sezonem lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko do morza. Duży ogródek. Mieszkanie urządzone funkcjonalnie, dużo przestrzeni do przechowywania. Bardzo duża łazienka. Bardzo wyczerpujące informacje dotyczace odbioru kluczy (łącznie ze zdjęciami drzwi do mieszkania :-)). Poradziłby sobie nawet ktoś, kto pierwszy raz w ten sposób odbiera klucze. Super pomysł dla zapominalskich z kartą w sejfiku.

Obiekt jest przy głównej ulicy i ruch jest duży, a nie ma chodnika. Trochę utrudniony kontakt z właścicielem. Numer do komisu samochodowego, więc albo zajęty albo nie odbierał. Nie odpisywał też na smsy. Na szczęście pół godziny przed dojazdem na miejsce wszystko się wyjaśniło i mogliśmy wejść nawet wcześniej. Informacje o dodatkowych opłatach dostałam też dzień po powrocie do domu, ale może to wyjątkowa sytuacja.

Hervorragendes Apartment

Das war bisher die beste Unterkunft, die wir in Pobierowo hatten. Sie war sehr sauber, sehr gut gelegen (Meer und Zentrum) und gut geheizt (Fußbodenheizung). Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr groß und schön. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Des Weiteren verfügt das Apartment über eine sehr große Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter/Eigentümer war sehr angenehm. Wir werden zukünftig nur noch dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Auch die preisgünstige Tiefgarage kann man nur empfehlen. In der Nacht ist auch ein Sicherheitsdienst vor Ort.
