Brand new spacious apartment in a spacious complex with 30 single-family and two-dwelling houses in quiet village Łukęcin between Międzyzdroje and Kołobrzeg. Furnished for comfortable well-being.
The apartment extends over the entire upper floor, is 55 square meters and suitable for 2-6 (ideal for 4) people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed, one with a single bed with a pull-out bed), a spacious living room with a corner sofa with sleeping function and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, cooker with grill, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave, Kettle, coffee machine with thermos, toaster) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the whole area you can enjoy the underfloor heating.
In the spacious closet in the large bedroom is provided for a lot of storage space.
The apartment has both a balcony and a private garden with a surface of 55 sqm with terrace and barbecue. Both on the balcony and in the garden you will find garden furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs, chairs) available.
You have a free wireless Internet access (WLAN).
At your disposal: 40-inch LED Smart TV, satellite TV with German channels, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and 4 bicycles.

There is a cycling and walking path through Łukęcin. To the east you are in 9 km at the church ruin in Trzęsacz (Hoff) and in the west in 9 km in the port of Dziwnów. A restaurant operator likes to open her restaurant on request / call also in winter.
