6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
7. Parking is free and passes are only required for the following holidays; Mardi Gras Weekend (limit 2), Memorial Day Weekend (limit 2), 4th of July (limit 1), Blue Angels Week (limit 1). There will be a $150/pass charge if they are not left in the condo when you head home.

Unit was lovely. Extremely clean and kitchen had everything you could ever need to prepare a meal. Balcony was large and had comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the views.

Good condo. Very comfortable. South Harbor is our favorite. Very clean. Renters need to come prepared to provide any spices and basics such as salt & pepper. There was absolutely nothing in that kitchen for cooking. Blinds in living room didn’t close all the way so that was unfortunate but tolerable.
