With over 2,000 square feet of interior space and over 1,500 square feet of covered balcony space you have all of the room you need or would ever want to relax and enjoy your vacation overlooking spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bright, beautiful, and impeccably decorated "Sunswept's" stunning oceanfront location is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach's most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping.
This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Free WiFi throughout the condo - high speed! Supports multiple simultaneous streaming devices. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - wireless high speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 8 people:
Two master suits with king beds, one queen suite, and a dual twin bed suite (that can be converted into a king).
Bedrooms:
- South master suite has a king bed, direct balcony access, and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. The south master bath is opulent with a huge glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities. Granite and tile throughout.
- North master suite has a king bed. private bath, and a private balcony that overlooks Pensacola Bay, Quiet Water harbor area, and the intercostal waterway.
- West bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and spectacular views to the west of the island.
- East bedroom has dual twin beds that can be reconfigured and banded together as a king and a it has a private bath as well.
All bedrooms have massive 55" flat screen smart TV's with video streaming all at a touch of a button.
The kitchen overlooks the family room, the south balcony, and the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has beautiful upgraded granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Since our stay was in December and the weather was cold and rainy we didn’t use the pool. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Weather was very windy and the entrance door wasn’t snug so a lot of cold air came in. The doors need to be replaced. Air pulls through even more when you open sliding door to the balcony. Otherwise the unit exceeded our needs.

Frying pans and crock pots had old egg crusted on them so we had to clean them prior to using. The one section of railing on the beach side oatio was loose. The refrigerator was not cooling properly due to a loose weatherstrip. We corrected it and it started cooling.decently.
