This Modern Condo has been professionally and impeccably decorated. The Condo's stunning Oceanfront location, is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach's most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping!
Modern Condo provides sleeping arrangements for 6 people:
**Master Suite: Has a King Bed / Direct balcony access / Direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the beach and pool areas / The ensuite bath is opulent with a huge glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities / Granite and tile throughout.
**Second Suite: Has a Queen Bed / Private Bath / Stunning Bay views.
**Third Suite: Has a King Bed / Semi Private Bath that is also accessible to other Guests via the hallway next to the laundry room.
**Living Area: updating leather couch, leather loveseat, and oversized "cuddler" chair.

Property was nice. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The frig didn’t get very cold but was cold enough to keep food ok. Ice maker was a big plus. Short distance to the beach was nice. Elevators were awesome… very little wait time in comparison to bigger complexes like Phoenix where you can wait 40 min for an elevator. All in all, great weather and nice stay. Master Bedroom was nice but other 2 rooms were on the small side….for those who put air mattresses for their kids by their beds…cannot do it … no room. BBQ pit on each balcony is awesome! Would stay at Beach Club again but at a bigger condo.

We enjoyed our weeks stay. Appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. The balcony as wonderful and the view of the gulf was fantastic! Would recommend this unit.

After two years of no travel (because of the pandemic), we were delighted to find Sunset Blues available for our vacation! The condo and amenities were beyond our expectations! Everything about our stay was top notch! When we walked into Sunset Blues, we were extremely impressed and awed. This 19th-floor condo (overlooking the ocean) is beautifully decorated, wonderfully furnished, and full of light because of the floor-to-ceiling windows!The view from the balcony (which was incredibly spacious) was superb, and the patio furniture was SO comfortable. We spent many afternoons out there soaking up the sunshine!The amenities on the property were amazing too--an indoor pool and large hot tub, as well as a state-of-the art workout room with treadmills, recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, and weight machines. There was also a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub (but since we were there in February it was a bit too chilly to utilize). The condo staff were helpful and polite, and the check-in/check-out process was expedient. The owners were so gracious and provided a tray of snacks upon our arrival. Thanks again for a WONDERFUL stay!
