Prize winning architectural icon by Architect Victor A. Lundy, built in 1958. The private residence has been transformed into its original state. The home has a salt water heated pool. A thousand steps to the beach. A short walk to Venice downtown quaint restaurants and shops and lots of entertainment. Located on one acre of lush gardens. One small pet allowed (30 pounds or less).
The city of Venice permits only 3 rentals shorter than 30 days per year. Please inquirer for rental availability.
