Beachwalk Bungalow on Venice Island - private access to beach just steps away!

Island living just 8 houses from the beach! This home is for beach goers! It has two bedrooms, one is oversized with a king bed and the other with a queen size bed. Both with smart TVs and new mattresses (Oct 2022). The living area has a Floridian style vibe with couch and two comfortable chairs and another smart TV. The kitchen has an eat in area and is fully stocked with blender, coffee and expresso makers etc. It has plenty of dishware and all cooking utensils. The kitchen opens onto a screened and covered lanai with new furniture. In the large back yard is an outdoor patio with 2 large umbrellas, new Weber grill and new furniture for relaxing. Cozy up in the evening next to the chimenea for some s'mores or a glass of wine!.

A beach lovers' vacation paradise, just steps from a private beach entrance to gorgeous Venice Beach where the sunsets are spectacular. It is also a short distance to Sharkey's pier for fishing, dining and shark teeth hunting. Less than 5 minutes from Lake Venice Golf Club, an award winning course (voted Best Public Golf Course in Venice 2009-2018) with 27 holes. The Legacy Trail is also less than a mile away and provides you with 36 roundtrip miles of biking trails between Venice and Sarasota. And we can't forget historic downtown Venice, located within a mile and a half of the home which has great restaurants and shopping. We have provided beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 2 road bikes, beach wagon, beach towels, coolers of different sizes and 2 sets of golf clubs - men's and women's right handed sets. This home has everything for a perfect Florida vacation stay.

A dog is allowed with a $100 pet service charge. Brohard Dog Beach is walking distance from the house. There is a carport. The brand new laundry facilities and half bath are located in a newly updated cabana adjacent to the carport.

NOTE: There is a motion light/security camera on the exterior of the house with a view of the front door, front yard and driveway. There are NO cameras inside the house or anywhere else on the premises.

RENTAL PERIODS: For rentals in January, February, March, only full month rentals will be accepted, i.e., with start dates on the 1st of each month through the last day of such month, e.g., January 1-31; February 1-27/28. You are welcome to book consecutive months if desired, e.g., Jan 1 through Feb 27, etc.

For rental periods April through December 31, 5 day minimum stays required.
