Plenty of parking. This is an older home that is clean and comfortable with an amazing pool and patio, conveniently located, comfy beds, that is value priced. We stayed 3 night & 4 days for my son's bowling tournament & a mini vacay! The house really had everything that we needed like it was a home away from home! The furniture and little aspects of it really reminded me of my older parents and it was just a nice laid-back place to stay! The neighborhood was really quiet and it was Legit by everything that we needed stores restaurants anything you can imagine right around the corner! laidbaplace to stay!

We came to Tallahassee with our seven year old and our nine year old. We all loved the pool, but especially them! They were in it every day, multiple times a day! It was the best part of the house. The outdoor area overall was fantastic!
Todd was very responsive -- most of the time, he would respond within minutes of my message. We had great communication!
The condition of the house was good, but there were some aspects of wear visible. I think the price reflects that, so I'm not knocking a star off for that. It didn't negatively impact our stay. We like to cook our own meals, so we did find the kitchen utensils and cookware to be a bit lacking. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, though!
Overall, it was a great place to stay, I would definitely recommend it!

We came to Tally for a 13U Regionals Baseball Tournament. We opted to find a house versus a hotel since it was 5 days. We shared this home with another family and it was absolutely perfect. We had two 13 year olds and a 7 year old. The pool is huge! It’s also really deep. The kids absolutely loved it. Everything in the house worked and the A/C kept the house nice and cool. We cooked at the house daily and had everything we needed to do so. The neighborhood is cute and right near so many stores, landmarks and restaurants as well as i10. If we play in Tally again we would definitely book with Todd. He was so easy going and quick to respond. This house for this price is a steal!
