About this house rental
The house is perfect for business travel, with three master suites each with an empty dresser and closet. We love young families and we want to supply what we can to make your travel easier. (Want more of our story? Find us on a popular sharing site “gram” under: sweettallyairbnb).
Each guest is provided a unique access code for the door. For security reasons, this code is provided on check-in day.
OUTDOOR PARADISE_____with multiple decks, lights, and a treehouse. The 1-acre lot is private with a thin grove of trees on each side, but it's not completely secluded. We have neighbors, and we ask that you observe quiet hours after 10pm. Music should never be loud enough to disturb the neighbors.
THE HOUSE____is clean and charming, but rustic with vintage tile and original windows. We fell in love with it and wanted to share it with others when our family outgrew the space. The custom-built kitchen is stocked with the basics - just add food.
Please note that our insurance does not permit us to have pets/animals on the premises. We maintain an ADT security system, and each guest is given a temporary code for their stay. We have never had cause for concern, but we use this to monitor the property between guests. For the same reason, we also have the Ring video doorbell system set up at our front and back doors. We turn off all notifications once we are notified that guests have arrived, and we turn them back on around check-out.
We love children! Upon request, we can provide a pack-and-play, a high chair, and a few toys.

We loved our stay! It was just perfect for our family as we visited our daughter at Florida State! It is so cozy and eclectic and just a cool place! Such a fun place to stay! We especially loved the art and I loved the live plants inside! The backyard was so fun for visiting and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back one day! Thanks for a great long weekend!
