This well-equipped, thoughtfully furnished home is perfect for a quick weekend trip or a longer stay. Ample space, cozy furnishings, and close proximity to FSU and TSC campuses make this home the perfect place to visit friends, attend graduation, or catch the 'Noles play.
This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management. We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises or you can send a message here. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.
Raquet Club neighborhood about 7 minutes from FSU campus, 5 minutes from TSC campus, and 12-15 minutes from FAMU campus. Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
No street parking is allowed overnight, so please park in the driveway.
Door code will be provided 24 hours before check-in.
This cozy home has all you need for a great stay! There is a primary bedroom and bath downstairs with king bed and private bathroom. On the first floor is a dining room, large living area with pull-out sofa and equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds, a hall bath, and loft with futon. 1 king and 2 queen beds comfortably sleep 6, but a double sofa bed in the living room and small futon in the loft area are available to sleep up to 9 guests. Sheets and pillows for pull-out sofa are located inside the sofa storage compartment. Futon sheets and spare pillows are located in the linen closet upstairs.
While this home is close to a bus line, the Tallahassee Star Metro bus system runs infrequently (at most every 30 minutes). However, on game days, you are about a mile from the FSU campus buses that you can use to get to the stadium to avoid taking a car to campus on game day if you prefer.

Please note that the owners use the garage to store a vehicle, so you can use the garage to store items or obtain supplies, etc, but there is not room to park.
