About this house rental
Welcome to our home in Denver! My wife and I love our beautiful Victorian-style home in a clean, quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from City Park and the zoo, 1 mile from RINO/ Five Points and 2 miles from Capitol Hill! 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a hot tub in the back yard and plenty of free street parking. Sleeps 7 with 2 air mattresses for additional guests. Great central location near multiple Denver attractions without the congestion of downtown.

David and Brittany were incredible hosts with a beautiful home. We celebrated a 30th birthday “staycation” and the house and hot tub were perfect for the occasion! We would definitely stay again.
