About this house rental
Freshly renovated Bungalow right in Downtown Denver central to all the bars and entertainment on offer. 15 minute walk to Coors field to catch a baseball game in Summer. An hour and a half up to all the prime ski resorts and hiking in the mountains. Or stay at home and entertain on the Patio with pellet smoker, hot tub and fire pit. Cornhole boards are just outside the door waiting for a casual game. Pool table in the basement and smart home lighting and speakers throughout each room.
The bungalow is full of character and charm. Originally build in 1896 and freshly renovated at the start of the year with many improvements. The Bungalow mixes old world historic character with new modern conveniences such as smart home. This makes life easy by controlling all the lights with your voice and the speakers in each room.
Parking is available on the street outside.

The historic 5 points neighborhood of Denver. Rich with charm and character. Close to many music venues and bars.
Many lime scooters on the streets nearby. Union station is just a few blocks away with trains running to the airport. Uber and Lyft also operate consistently.
Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a $50 fee. Just ask the question and I’ll see what I can do pending other guests.
Up to 1 Dog may be allowed so long as they are well behaved and crated while guests are out of the house. A $50 extra cleaning fee will be applied.
Guests are asked to please do the dishes before leaving.

The place is nicely decorated a fully equipped. We had a great time with the grill and hot tub. Location is really nice as we were walking distance from much of what we wanted to do.

I wanted to be downtown. This is pretty much downtown. Just wasn’t for me. I left and went 10 min into suburbs.
Owner is nice. Has done a lot of work on the place.
