Trendy Modern Loft in Rino Art District

This is a REALLY AWESOME place! Spacious, comfortable, nicely appointed. Everything you could want really. If you are going to be downtown or in RINO, this is a great location. The street parking can be slightly limited, but it's manageable.

Little trouble with the A/C and thermostat, but it wasn't a big deal

This property is very cool. As a family of artists we appreciated the area but also the collection of art, including originals, all over the unit. It’s industrial and modern without being bland or frigid. Very comfortable, super clean and little neat “Easter eggs” everywhere you look. Communication was excellent and prompt as well as very professional and friendly.

Absolutely nothing. It was so easy to feel at home and taken care of. So much space and things to look at. The owners have clearly taken great measures and pride to ensure guests have the best stay possible.

The place is great and the interior is very nicely designed. It's a good location, including a short drive to good restaurants and The Denver Central Market area. This rental is recommended for absolutely everything except the HappyGuest / VacayPlay communication website that is required for renter use.

After booking the rental, there is a separate website (called happyguest.ai / VacayPlay) that needs to be used for check-in and to communicate with the owner/property manager. It did not seem user-friendly and includes a requirement to provide a credit card for possible renter damages... Either pay a one-time non-refundable fee (think it was $39 for our one night rental) or allow them to put a $1000 hold on the credit card for possible damages (which we did). We had not experienced this HappyGuest / VacayPlay communication method before and found it a burden to use. Would have much preferred to communicate via the Booking.com app.
