The house was exactly as expected. It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. We were very happy during our stay and would stay there again.

When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned due to a mixup. We called and within 45 minutes our housekeeper had arrived. We left to grab some food and when we returned the housekeeper was just finishing and the place was cleaned. The manager responded quickly and that’s what you want when things go awry. The neighborhood was quiet. The house worked out very well. The location made it easy to get to the Peoria Sports Complex where we watched games. Overall our stay was very pleasurable.

The host was welcoming. We were not well informed about some amenities. We picked this house in Sun City to enjoy the recreation centers and the property was not in good standing with the centers so we were unable to buy monthly passes. The fire pit was not working so it took a week to get it fixed. We were not notified that the house would be painted so for 2 days the windows and doors were covered in plastic. The WiFi went out for 2 days so we had no internet or tv access. The location was great and property was newly remodeled.
