This was our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. The house is lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen is the best of any VRBO we have stayed at. It is well stocked and a cook’s dream. Don’t bother to pack shampoo, soap etc, you won’t need it. The owners think if everything. Love this home!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Everything was as described. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai after our daily adventures watching the golfers and soaking up the sun. Actually we enjoyed it so much, we booked it for next year.

Everything went well. The house is nice, clean and a really nice location off of the 1st green/2nd tee box on the Riverview GC. My only issues are with the 200 nonrefundable damage fee and the list of check out items needed to be performed. Most rentals are moving away from a laundry list of tasks that need to be accomplished upon moving out. This one wanted all bedding removed and placed in a pile, all trash removed, fridge/freezer totally emptied dishes cleaned and put away. The last one is not realistic if you have an early flight and to be honest, having additional items to take care of makes the final day a bit more stressful.The damage charge, however, is really the biggest issue. We were charged over 200 which was known at the time of booking, so this was not a hidden fee. For some reason I assumed it was refundable if there was no damage. However, it is not. The reason given is that the "program is designed to protect both guests and owners. It ensures that any accidental damages that occur during a stay are covered without requiring guests to pay additional out-of-pocket expenses or security deposits". So, essentially they are collecting money just in case something happens and everyone pays for damage caused by any guests that stay there before you and in the future. If you are a conscientious and courteous guest, you will be subsidizing the damage done by others. In the future, I'll look for properties without these fees
