We were comfortable and enjoyed the house very much. Clean, attractive and well-organized. Loved sitting on the patio in the evening. Had fun playing pool together. A happy experience!

We rented this house in Sun City for the months of Jan & Feb. Overall we were satisfied. The property manager was easy to contact and responded quickly. The house is very roomy with 3 large bedrooms each with an attached bath. We were very happy with the location and view of the golf course, even though we don’t golf. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and evening walks along the golf cart path. The kitchen is a good size, however it does not have a lot of cooking accessories for a long term rental. We purchased several items needed for preparing meals. We also feel it necessary to mention that the queen mattress in one of the bedrooms is sagging in several places due to there being only 3 supporting boards. We were only able to use the grill twice because the propane tank ran out of propane. There were no grilling utensils for grilling and the front door of the grill was not attached and kept falling off.With all that being said, I think that house is more set up for short term rentals. More like several guys wanting a place for a weekend golf trip. It doesn’t have a “homey” feel and lacks a personal touch.
