A great place to call home base while you're away, This home is on the south course in Sun City, close to spring league baseball, hiking in the foothills of the White Tank Mountains, as well road riding & Sun City's fabulous rec facilities, There is also an option to rent our street legal golf cart for $500 a month if it's available.

Stephan is a great host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house is in a perfect location for myself and my friends. It is so very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The check in/check out process is easy and convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

This Sun City home was quiet and comfortable. Furnishings were new and supplies well stocked. Took a risk renting a brand new vrbo and so happy we did!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO houses but this was the best appointed house I've ever enjoyed. From the kitchenwares, to the linens, the paper goods, and shampoos were all top-notch! The house is well laid out and easily slept four women. The view of the golf course made morning coffee a delight. Both showers were so nicely done. Great water pressure and nice bathroom fixtures and linens. The heating system was a dream to control and set. This is a first class rental and we will try to snag it again!
