Delight in amazing Cape Cod Bay water views and brilliant sunsets from this comfortable one-bedroom Beach Point condo. Located in Seaside Condos, this cozy first floor unit is a relaxing spot for your Cape Cod vacation.
The unit has an open main living space with futon, flat screen TV with cable and WiFi, dining table and nicely-equipped galley kitchen with electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and drip coffeemaker. Bamboo flooring and granite counter tops. A slider leads to a private-use deck with table and chairs, lounge chairs and gas grill.
The separate bedroom with queen bed is at the front of the unit. The full bathroom with tub/shower and combination washer/dryer (intended for small/light loads) is off the living area.
Both the main living area and bedroom have a ceiling fan and a ductless split unit air conditioner for heat and cooling. Open the slider and enjoy bayside breezes.
Beautiful, peaceful views of Cape Cod Bay from the main living area and the deck. Relax on the deck with your morning coffee, a good book or an evening cocktail. Step down from the deck into the shared common area featuring a patio, sand and wooden walkways. Stairs allow direct access to the beach below where you can watch the tide ebb and flow.
Designated parking space for one car. One additional car allowed in overflow parking if available.
Unit is conveniently located on the shuttle route into Provincetown. No need to drive into town and find a parking space. Hop on the shuttle and be whisked into town for incredible dining, shopping, galleries, night clubs, bars, whale watches, fishing charters and other great fun. The best of Truro is only a short drive away--golfing at Highland Links, tours of Highland Lighthouse, wine tasting and tours of Truro Vineyards and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, biking and walking trails and historic sites.

+ Condo right on the water. Great sunsets over P-town. Nice beach to walk on when the tide is low. Lovely sounds of the water when the tide is high. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

The condo was perfect. Location is great and the view was amazing. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. The plus was having the washer/dryer on site. The check in and check out is not really guest friendly. Its a 10 mile drive from the condo to pick up and drop off the keys. On our last day we planned to be in Provincetown and had to drive up to Wellfleet to leave the keys and then drive right back by the condo to go into Provincetown. That is really a drawback but again the condo is clean and in a great location.

I was worried this would be too far North in the Cape, but the location turned out to be very convenient. Good amenities- washer/dryer, good fridge, etc. Very nice place for a week’s stay.
