Well appointed studio apartment, everything you need for a quiet beach retreat. There is both a back and front sitting space which is nice for morning/afternoon respectively. The beach across the street is quite small and we almost skipped it but decided to check it out. while we were there a pod of dolphins showed up, amazing!One small improvement might be a larger couch, we didn’t have any rainy days which was beyond expectations, but if a movie night were in order it would be nice to have another option. Thank you again!!!!

We have been staying in Truro for over 30 years. Dave's studio was absolutely one of the best places we've ever found on the Cape. It was exactly what we needed and much better than the photos would suggest. It was very clean, spacious and airy, had a huge closet with lots of hooks, and even had a tub along with the shower. The kitchen was fully equipped and then some. Dave even left us bottles of water and a bottle of wine from Truro Vineyards. Even though the location was across the street from the bay, we could still hear the waves, which lulled us to sleep at night. It was easy to cool with a cross breeze and easy to warm up with the windows closed. Dave was a great host who was available if we had questions and was otherwise unobtrusive. We felt he had set up the cottage knowing exactly what visitors to Truro would need. We will definitely be returning to this lovely abode. Thanks Dave!!!

Great location right across from Noons Landing, two minute walk to the beach. The condo is very well equipped. Mattress is super firm. Shower is good. WiFi is fast. The condo is better than the pictures represent. There is a back door and screen door that leads to a little deck and stairs down to the parking lot. It's very close to national seashore beaches. A great benefit is that is on the Provincetown shuttle route. The shuttle runs every 1/2 hour from early in the day until maybe midnight (check the schedule). It's free. Although the condo isn't an assigned stop, all you do is stand outside and wave the bus down. On the way back just let the driver know to stop at the condo or pull the cord to request a stop. Walk for five minutes up the street to the deli which has almost everything you could need. Plus, the deli has pizza, sandwiches, coffee and smoothies. Very chill location close to everything, but super quiet at night.
