Ground Floor Efficiency - Sleeps 2 (Max). This unit has a queen-size bed and sleeps 2 (max). If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. Relax in our comfortable, recently renovated efficiency condominium. This ground-floor unit has wood flooring, sliders to the deck and grassy picnic BBQ area, A/C, heat, Smart Streaming TV, and a bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with linens and cooking utensils. There is a kitchenette with a cooktop but no oven. Fresh towels are available. Please bring towels for the beach and pool. The Braemar Condominiums is a no-pets-allowed community. The Braemar Condominiums are individually owned, and each unit is unique! Professional management is on-site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts, a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod Light, and Provincetown, this property offers a quiet, relaxing vacation escape. We are a mile from the town bay beach and 2.5 miles to the National Seashore Head of Meadow Beach. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit. Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

Heard from manager the office would close at 6 and we were going to arrive @6:30. They were able to leave the keys on the table and the door unlocked for us. Easy process to check in/out.

We loved our long weekend in north truro. The cape never disappoints and our stay was wonderful! Our unit was clean, had all the amenities we needed and the staff was so friendly! We enjoyed the pool as well!! The pool and property were well taken care of and you could tell how much pride the staff took to make sure you felt welcome! Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay! Staff called us to tell us we could check in early. They were responsive to requests & it was immaculately clean. The bed & pillows weren’t the most comfortable but the unit overall worked great for us.
