The Braemar Condominiums is a no pets allowed community. 2nd Floor Efficiency, water views from a private balcony! Relax in our comfortable, recently renovated efficiency condominium. Sleeps a maximum of 2. This 2nd-floor unit has hardwood flooring, carpeting, sliders to the deck, heat, a Smart TV, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. This unit has a queen-size bed, accommodating 2 people max. It is equipped with linens, cooking utensils, a cooktop, and a full-size fridge. Fresh towels are available; please bring towels for the beach and pool. We are a mile from the Town Bay Beach and 2.5 miles to the National Seashore Head of Meadow Beach. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit. An additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. The Braemar Condominiums are individually owned. Each unit is unique! Professional management is on-site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts, a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod Light, and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape.

The space was as listed. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Perfect location for us as it was a ten minute drive to downtown Provincetown. It was quiet and peaceful!

We loved our stay here. The property was clean, and thankfully because of the quiet time it was peaceful after 10. Central to some very nice restaurants and very close to PTown.

Maurice made check-in easy and was very helpful in answering questions. Te studio was comfortable and if you stand on tip toes you can see the bay. The small kitchen worked well and had a new air fryer. The room has a futon so there are 2 beds. It was a good location for our activities. All in all, a good value for this time.
