This charming home is the perfect retreat for families with kids and pets. The outdoor space features dining and lounge seating on the patio and a fully fenced back yard. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including central air conditioning to keep everyone cool on warm days.
Whether you're here for baseball, work, or visiting friends and family, our home is the perfect base for your stay.

The neighborhood is calm, quiet and peaceful, home to many permanent residents, adjacent to the golf course and a very short drive from Cooperstown All Star Village baseball resort.
Guests will have full access to the entire house, yard, patio and garage.
This home comfortably fits 6 adults. We can also accommodate a toddler and/or baby and provide a toddler cot and travel crib.
You'll want a car to get around Oneonta. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, gas stations, outdoor activities and much more all within a couple of miles.
This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with close neighbors who value peace and privacy. Out of respect for the community, we strictly enforce no street parking (park vehicles in the garage and driveway, max 3 vehicles) and ask that guests keep noise to a minimum at all times—especially outdoors and during evenings.
No parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. This home is best suited for guests looking for a calm and relaxing stay.

We had a great stay while visiting All Star Village. The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and you cannot get any closer to the field. Can easily go back and fourth. The home and all appliances were very clean. The beds were all very comfortable. Communication was the easiest I experienced with all my rentals.

Comfortable and cozy place. Greatly enjoyed having baby necessities like play pen, fenced in back yard, etc! Melissa was easy to contact and such a pleasure to communicate with! Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for a week while our son played at ASV. The location was absolutely perfect. The other parents were so jealous of how close we were to the fields! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was great we could have our dog and she loved the fenced in yard. Would highly recommend l!
